PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: The “YES! 2022 Win-an-E-Bike” sweepstakes period for one (1) Grand Prize Package ($1,953 value), two (2) 1st Place Prize Packages ($154 value), and ten (10) 2nd Place Prize Packages ($18 value) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET, Aug. 8, 2022, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT Aug. 16, 2022.
HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter: a) Make a donation of at least $25 to YES!. Media, PO Box 1219, Poulsbo, WA 98370 with “Sweepstakes” and your phone number (so we can notify you if you win) in the memo line; or b) Hand-print your name, address, city, state, zip/postal code, email address, day and evening phone numbers and the words “2022 Win-an-E-Bike Sweepstakes” on a 3″ x 5″ card and mail in a #10 envelope hand-printed to: “2022 Win-an-E-Bike Sweepstakes,” c/o YES! Media, PO Box 1219, Poulsbo, WA 98370. Limit one entry per envelope. Mailed entries must be postmarked no later than Aug. 16, 2022 and received by Aug. 30, 2022. Limit 100 entries per person per day. Multiple entries submitted in violation of the previous sentence may be void and entrant may be disqualified. YES! assumes no responsibility for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled or incompletely received for any reason or for any computer, online, telephone, or human error or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become the property of YES! and will not be acknowledged or returned.
WINNER SELECTION: One (1) potential winner of the Grand Prize Package, two (2) potential winners of the 1st Place Prize Package, and ten (10) potential winners of the 2nd Place Prize Package will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on or about Aug. 31, 2022. Winners will be notified by email and phone. If a potential winner is unreachable after five (5) business days, or if a winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner may be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries received. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
