is the co-founder of Choked Up, “a group of brown and black teenagers who want the right to breathe clean air.” Choked Up focuses on raising awareness of the disproportionate impact poor air quality has on black and brown communities and pushing for changes to clean air law. She is from Mozambique and lives in London. Her writing has been featured in gal-dem and Inside Track.
